My father had two heart bypass surgeries which inspired a group of paintings. I was thinking about the movement of the heart, the fluids and energy fields as the heart beats. When you get into “energy fields”, the picture enlarges, pulling in fields from outside of the body. My work is based on intuition and I am interested in the mystery of life.
